How I did on last week's goals:
So so - for some reason, I was just exhausted last week. I didn't get as much accomplished as I would have liked, but every little bit counts and I feel good about the revisions I made.

My goals for this week:
It's a short week with the Independence Day holiday on Friday. This is typically a really productive weekend for me, so my big goal this week is to finish the "reconstructive surgery" portion of the revisions. I'm just past the half-way mark and what's left still needs to be put in order.

A favorite line from my story OR one word/phrase that sums up what I wrote/revised:
"The last thing I wanted was the pity of a boy who could have any girl he wanted, but who didn't want me."

The biggest challenge I faced this week:
Exhaustion, as mentioned above. I had a really busy week at work and most nights I just crashed on the couch with a book. I read a lot this past week. :)

Something I love about my WiP:
I love Holland's sassy mouth. She's mouthy, but she's hiding a lot of pain behind her sass.

  6. I love the line you shared, Sara! So good! I'm sort of in the same boat productivity-wise for this past week. For me it was lack of discipline coupled with busyness later in the week. Hope this week is much better for both of us! :D

  10. Sassy mouthed characters are some of my absolute faves. And I say cut yourself some slack from being tired last week -- sometimes those moments of not having the energy to write gives our minds the time they need to surprise us with new awesome insights for our stories down the road :)

  17. As soon as a gaggle of friends determines to help trip in Mexico, they'll normally head over to areas including Cancun as well as Tijuana. They don't normally think of Cabo San Lucas since it truly is referred to as a household touring spot healthy for many age groups. Although exactly what it doesn't understand is that there is so much with regard to more youthful people to practical knowledge. you can read more http://mordo-crosswords-solution.blogspot.com/2014/07/young-travelers-crash-site.html
