Change Write Now - Day One

Day One -- I've decided on my goals for the challenge, based on the Change Write Now guidelines.  They are:

Eating Plan:  It's a bit more complicated than this, but in a nutshell -- avoid sweets and limit carb intake.

Exercise:  Ugh.  Gym, 2-3 times a week.  Work out at home, 2-3 times a week.

Good Habit:  20 minutes a day cleaning/organizing the ClutterDome (my house).

Bad Habit:  Stop eating/snacking after dinner.  Goodbye, hot, salty buttered popcorn.  Farewell, cheese and crackers.  I will miss you so.

This is not the best week to begin a new healthy living routine because our family routine is going to be so out of whack, but no time like the present, I guess.  My teammates are counting on me.

  2. Good luck! As my eating goal I'm trying to just mostly eat more balanced meals, limiting my intake of crappy food. Will be a challenge but I need to do it. :)
