How I did on last week's goals:
So so - for some reason, I was just exhausted last week. I didn't get as much accomplished as I would have liked, but every little bit counts and I feel good about the revisions I made.
My goals for this week:
It's a short week with the Independence Day holiday on Friday. This is typically a really productive weekend for me, so my big goal this week is to finish the "reconstructive surgery" portion of the revisions. I'm just past the half-way mark and what's left still needs to be put in order.
A favorite line from my story OR one word/phrase that sums up what I wrote/revised:
"The last thing I wanted was the pity of a boy who could have any girl he wanted, but who didn't want me."
The biggest challenge I faced this week:
Exhaustion, as mentioned above. I had a really busy week at work and most nights I just crashed on the couch with a book. I read a lot this past week. :)
Something I love about my WiP:
I love Holland's sassy mouth. She's mouthy, but she's hiding a lot of pain behind her sass.
